We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders where necessary.

4. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment authorisation fails.
5. Orders and contract formation
Placing items in a cart does not constitute an order.
A binding contract is formed only once:
- Payment has been successfully processed, and
- You receive an order confirmation from hopnøsis
We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch, in which case any amounts paid will be refunded.
6. Delivery
hopnøsis currently delivers within South Africa only. As the brand grows, we look forward to sharing hopnøsis with a wider audience beyond our borders.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. hopnøsis is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
7. Returns and refunds
Because hopnøsis products are sealed consumable beverages, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Returns and refunds are handled strictly in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and our published Returns Policy and Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Any issue relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns and refunds apply only to products purchased directly from the hopnøsis website. Products purchased from third-party retailers or stockists must be returned to the original point of purchase.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including trademarks, text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of hopnøsis or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent.
