Shipping Policy - At hopnøsis, we aim to deliver every order with care, clarity, and reliability. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, what to expect, and how we handle delivery-related issues.

Delivery area

hopnøsis currently delivers within South Africa only. As the brand grows, we look forward to sharing hopnøsis with a wider audience beyond our borders.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During new product launches, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to dispatch orders as efficiently as possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation where applicable.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Outlying or regional areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, location, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

hopnøsis cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been handed over.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

Or should we do a fixed fee? And or, free shipping once a certain amount is spent?

Delivery address accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.

hopnøsis is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Missed or failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the order to us.

Any additional delivery or re-delivery costs may be charged to the customer.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Risk and ownership

Risk in the Goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the specified address. Ownership of the Goods transfers upon full payment and delivery.
