There are moments you build towards, and then there are moments that quietly confirm you are on the right path.
Saturday, 28 March at Jackson's Real Food Market was both.
hopnøsis arrived not as a statement, but as an experience. Poured, shared, questioned, and understood in real time, with real people. No noise, no over-explaining. Just the drink, and the moment around it.
And the response was immediate.
The feedback was not just positive. It was felt.
People paused. They leaned in. They asked questions. They came back for another sip. There was curiosity, then recognition, and then something more settled. That shift you cannot manufacture.
As a founder, you spend a long time in the unseen. Refining, adjusting, second-guessing. Building something you believe in, before anyone else has the chance to. Moments like this matter because they meet that belief with reality.
By the end of the day, we had sold out.
Not through push, but through pull. Through genuine connection to what hopnøsis is and what it offers. A clean, flavour-forward drink built on real hops. No alcohol, no sugar, no calories. Just clarity, presence, and a different kind of ritual.
The energy in the space carried it. People were open, engaged, and willing to experience something new. That does not happen everywhere. It takes the right environment, and the right people behind it.
Grateful to Gary Jackson and the entire Jackson’s team for creating that space, and for backing what we are building. There is a shared understanding there around quality, intention, and doing things properly.
This was not just a launch. It was a signal.
And it is only the beginning.
We will be rolling out into more Jackson’s locations soon.
Watch this space.
